Change is in the air at FixList.

Heads down through the winter, spring has sprung and we are excited to share an array of great news. From new features, to the expansion of our business, there is much opportunity on the horizon, for us and for you.

New Feature Release: Portfolios

In real estate, it’s all about building something - a new property, a community, a business. That’s why we’ve released Portfolios - new functionality to let you create unique lists of addresses hand picked by you.

Whether you are tracking assets you already own or those you are currently pursuing, you can develop and curate your Portfolios as you see fit. Each list could represent a step in your pipeline, or reflect prospective properties for a specific client. The decision is yours. We will be expanding upon this functionality as time goes on, so be on the lookout for future announcements.

FixList Joins BFTP & VilCap’s FinTech Accelerator

Last week FixList joined seven other great businesses in the first of three workshops for Village Capital & Ben Franklin Technology Partners’ Financial Tech Accelerator. We’ve made terrific strides since our product launch last May, and are excited to participate in the program to accelerate our growth.

This means more features and better service are just down the pike. Our new look and feel has started with a revamping of our homepage and the broadening of our Enterprise level services - with custom market reports and integrations now available.
